Holiday Cookie Butter Pie

The holidays are here, and if you are anything like me, you are doing more baking than any other time of the year! Baking pies and cookies for the holidays tend to take up a lot of time – until I discovered the most delicious no-bake pie that literally takes me 10 minutes to make: Cookie Butter No-Bake Pie.

Ingredients for two pies:

  • 1 package of 8-ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup of Biscoff creamy cookie spread
  • ¾ cup of confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 cartons of 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2, 9-inch graham cracker crusts
  • ¼ cup of caramel Sunday syrup
  • 4 Biscoff cookies crushed

Directions:

 1.  In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and Biscoff creamy cookie spread until combined.

2. Fold in one carton of the thawed whipped topping and mix well

3. Divide the mixture and pour into each graham cracker crust, and spread evenly

4.  Top both pies with the remaining carton of whipped topping.

5. Drizzle pies with caramel Sunday syrup and crushed Biscoff cookies

** For an added Christmas look, sprinkle green and red sprinkles on top of the pies.

Freeze pies covered until firm for at least 4 hours or keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve. I promise you this will be a hit at any party or potluck for the holidays!
