Brownwood Farms Apple Riesling Spread

I am all about easy recipes and entertaining. This Brownwood Farms Apple Riesling Spread is not only easy, it’s also delicious! It has just the right amount of sweetness with a little bit of spice that all your guests will enjoy and make entertaining this summer an absolute breeze!

This recipe only takes a few minutes to prepare and then you can enjoy the rest of the time doing whatever else needs to be done or just simply sit back and enjoy the dip with some crackers, bread crisps or tortilla chips.

With summer on the horizon here in Northern Michigan, we try to get outside and enjoy the warm weather as much as we can. Whether it’s walking along Little Traverse Wheelway here in Petoskey, letting the kids play at the Waterfront park or East Park out by Bay Harbor or just hanging out on the sandbar on Crooked Lake. I do not like being stuck inside cooking during our few warm summer months and this recipe is perfect for summer!

Apple Riesling Spread Ingredients –

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
4 oz Brownwood Farms Apple Riesling Salsa
2 tbs. minced onion

Directions –

Combine the Apple Riesling Salsa with the softened cream cheese and minced onion. Mix well and place in the fridge and allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with bread crisps, chips or crackers.
