If the $5 flat rate option is selected, products are shipped USPS, 3-5 day standard shipping with no tracking number provided. If you would like faster shipping, please choose USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping when checking out. The shipping fee is calculated by USPS based on zip code and limited to 70 pounds. All product weights are estimated for shipping purposes. Orders, including Priority Mail Express orders, are shipped Tuesday-Saturday. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
Grandpa Shorter’s Gifts will issue a refund of purchase within 14 days after purchased if accompanied by original sales receipt. A return within 14 days without the original receipt can be exchanged or be given an in store credit. The instore credit would be for the amount of the product you are returning and would be able to be used on anything within the store. After 14 days all sales are final with the exception of non-sale moccasins. We will gladly exchange moccasins as long as they are in the original box,in new condition and is a style we carry.All sale merchandise is final sale.
