Employee Spotlight: Brittni

Brittni: Director of Human Capital

Meet Brittni! A recent Political Science graduate from Michigan State University, Brittni is ready for any task thrown at her, which is an important quality to have as our Director of Human Capital. This is Brittni’s third year at GSG, and she is very excited to train our new hires for the busy summer months.

 When Brittni is not at GSG, she loves to read policy, and one of her favorites is Common Sense by Thomas Paine. In college, Brittni spent a summer interning on Capitol Hill and is passionate about effective leadership and professionalism in politics. Brittni’s favorite part about working at GSG is her ability to translate this love for policy into her job here where she is able to draft workplace manuals and rules. At work, Brittni also loves to gift wrap, train new employees, and laugh with her coworkers. Her favorite coworkers are honest, always willing to help, and have a warm smile.
