Abstract Painting Class (Adults)
What: In this abstract painting class, we will teach you the particulars of abstract painting, and then get set to paint using a variety of tools, maybe even a paintbrush or two!!
We will be bringing in a variety of found objects to make interesting shapes on our paintings. This could include make-up sponges, Q-tips, egg cartons, or many other things commonly found in a recycling bin!
Everyone will leave with at least one abstract painting and many ideas for creating on your own afterwards. Sign up today!
No experience is required. All materials will be provided.
Who: Jennifer Shorter, entrepreneur and artist, will be running this class! She loves to explore new ideas and techniques for creating art!
When: March 28th at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: The Katydid (305 E Lake St, Petoskey, MI 49770)
Spots: Up to 10 adults total can attend this class.
Price: The Cost is $35/ticket.
Refund Policy: Due to artist preparation and limited seating, we do not provide refunds or ticket transfers to another class. In the event we have to cancel a class, we will issue a refund and you will have the first opportunity to sign up for another class. If you cannot attend for any reason, we recommend gifting your ticket to a friend or family member.
