Mandala Canvas Painting Class
What: The word mandala is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning circle. It is said to represent the universe. Mandalas typically start in the center and radiate out from there in an ever widening pattern, using colors and shapes to design an intricate pattern. There is no wrong or right in the art of mandala. You make choices that feel right to you, in the moment, and when you are done, you stand back and admire your creation. For this class, we will be painting on a 3×3 stretched canvas with small easels. These will be done on a black background to really make the design pop. No experience is required. All materials will be provided.
Size of Canvas: 3×3 inches
When: January 29th at 2:30 PM
Where: The Katydid (305 E Lake St, Petoskey, MI 49770)
Spots: Up to 10 people total can attend this class.
Price: The Cost is $35/ticket.
Refund Policy: Due to artist preparation and limited seating, we do not provide refunds or ticket transfers to another class. In the event we have to cancel a class, we will issue a refund and you will have the first opportunity to sign up for another class. If you cannot attend for any reason, we recommend gifting your ticket to a friend or family member.
