Recipe: Barbeque Chicken Pizza
Hello, again! With summer in full swing I don’t know about you but we grill outside several times a week. It’s so nice being outside while the weather lasts. I always like to grill large packages of chicken all at once, too get more bang for my time grilling. We then use the grilled chicken the rest of the week for other meals like this Barbeque Chicken Pizza and salads.
Today on the blog I’m bringing you a fantastic Barbeque Chicken Pizza I made today. Even my husband gave it two thumbs up. I was able to use some of the leftover grilled chicken from Friday night to make us all a tasty lunch in less than 20 minutes. I used Brownwood Farms Cherry Barbeque Sauce from Grandpa Shorter’s which is now a family favorite. I’ll be honest, when I first grabbed a bottle at Grandpa Shorter’s I was hesitant. I like barbeque sauce. I like Cherries. I don’t like stuff mixed together; yes, I’m one of those weirdos. That being said, this stuff is good, even my 7 year old loves it and he is one picky kid.
