Recipe: Delicious Homemade Cherry Chocolate Milkshake

July 7, 2015

Hello, friends and welcome back! I hope that everyone had a fabulous 4th of July weekend. We spent the weekend up north in the Upper Peninsula between Gladstone and Escanaba where my husband is from. We hadn’t spent a July 4th up north since 2002, when my husband begain working as a Petoskey Public Safety officer, so it was quite different from our usual 4th of July routine but it was really nice to hang out and spend time with my husband’s family whom we don’t see very often.

Earlier last week, after I made the Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream I decided to get a little bit creative and tried out a yummy homemade milkshake using the Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream from one of last week’s posts. This kids loved the ice cream and I wanted to try something new with it. Not only is this homemade milkshake easy, it’s also quick and tasty. The kids are sure to love it and it uses all natural ingredients and Brownwood Farms Products which are made right here in Northern Michigan, which I love.

Who doesn’t love a homemade milkshake on a hot summer day or as an after dinner treat? This tasty treat is sure to make your little ones and even the older ones happy and asking for more.
