What to Expect
We want your gift to arrive on time, so please allow extra time for us to create a custom gift basket and for shipping companies to deliver it.
Please note that our flat rate shipping price applies for one address per order. If you are shipping your order to multiple addresses, the flat rate would apply to each address, or a different shipping method should be selected.
If it absolutely has to be there by a specific date, please let us know in the comments section of your order and we will do our best or let you know that we cannot make it happen. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround of your order, and making sure your custom order has our complete attention.
Please note, all curbside pick-up orders will be given in a gift basket, while shipped orders will come in equally festive gift boxes.
If you would like to discuss the particulars of your order, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 231-347-2603. Our phones and our emails are answered by humans, not robots, and humans need sleep. Therefore, it might be a few hours before you receive an email back, and we do not answer our phones after hours.
Local Deliveries and Pickup Orders
For local deliveries or local pickup orders, you will receive your order in a shorter timeframe, as we don’t have to rely on the different shipping companies. We still ask that you allow us a couple of days to put your custom gift basket order together.
Also, if it is going to be delivered locally (by Joel Kato or another staffer), that can be a shorter timeframe because we aren’t relying on delivery companies. So, we would still need a day or two to put the basket together, but then could deliver it.
If you need a rush order, please contact us about your request. We get rush orders out within 72 hours.
