{Easy} Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip
Hello, again! Today on the blog I’m sharing a yummy Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip with you all. It’s only the second week of September but Fall is definitely in the air here in Northern Michigan. I was hoping for an Indian Summer and this week looks like it will be warming up a bit but lately our days have been a little cool but gorgeous and nights have been crisp and cool. I actually broke out our winter Woolrich blanket the other night and don’t regret it all. Our pellet stove even tried kicking on this morning while I was drinking coffee and it would have been welcome too if there had been pellets in it. Note to self: time to stock up on wood pellets as winter is coming!
Last week, I stopped by Grandpa Shorter’s after I made the homemade Delicious Pumpkin Pancakes using Brownwood Farm’s Pumpkin Butter. My middle kiddo was insisting on needing those adorable back-to-school supplies I had promised her a while back in another post so while the kids checked out the cool kid toys and school supplies I grabbed another jar of Pumpkin Butter and Brownwood Farm’s Apple Butter. I wanted to try something easy for the kids to snack on with a hint of fall so I grabbed some whipped cream cheese on the way home and put together a Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip.
It’s cool and creamy with a hint of pumpkin and not too overwhelming. I like pumpkin, I don’t love it and this dip was the perfect amount for me. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
